Free guides and tools are educational resources, not a promise of a particular commercial, creative or financial result. Production recommendations should be adapted to the circumstances of each project.

Production enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, create a production contract or take payment. Scope, crew, equipment, deliverables, ownership, usage rights, locations, travel and fees are agreed separately in writing.

Digital products

Purchased digital products are licensed for the buyer’s personal or internal business use unless the product states otherwise. Templates may be adapted for the buyer’s own projects but may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to public libraries or represented as the buyer’s original commercial template product.

Intellectual property

Website copy, original learning materials, templates and tools remain the intellectual property of Actingwood or their respective rights holders except where explicitly stated otherwise.
