Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Actingwood’s downloadable products and self-paced learning products are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Delivery timing

For automated products, access is intended to be provided immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation. The secure download link issued after a verified purchase is currently valid for 30 days. Download the purchased files during that period and keep your downloaded edition for as long as you wish, subject to the licence terms. If delivery is delayed because of a technical issue, email team@actingwood.com with the transaction reference.

Email address

Where delivery uses email, the buyer is responsible for providing a functioning address and checking spam or promotions folders.
