Digital products

Because downloadable digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where the file materially fails to match the product description.

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or do not receive the purchased access, contact team@actingwood.com with the transaction reference so we can investigate.

Production services

Production deposits, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms and any refund eligibility are stated in the individual project quotation or agreement. A website enquiry alone does not create a booking or cancellation obligation.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve legitimate billing or fulfilment issues promptly.
